We are a family owned and operated farm located in Lodi California which is located in the heart of the San Joaquin valley, one of the most food productive valleys in the country. We have been farming since 1991 and our goal has always been to provide fresh vegetables to our valuable customers who support us year after year. We know for a fact that we are feeding families with fresh and nutritous vegetables due to our growing practices which consist of hand weeding instead of using herbicides. We also use very little pesticide and when we do, we use mostly organic pest control, although we are not organic certified, is has been our own personal choice to produce the most natural and safe vegetables possible to our ability. My father and I decided in the middle of 2009 season, to start the organic transitional process since we are not far from. Although we have been using safe growing methods, we still have to go through the 3 year process required by law regardless. We are willing to wait the required time because we know that with an official organic certificate, our clients will be more confident in consuming our fresh produce without a doubt.
